By accessing or using AutoVidtor (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What AutoVidtor Provides

AutoVidtor is an AI-assisted video editor that helps you remove silence, generate captions, adjust pacing, and export videos. The Service may change over time as we improve features and reliability.

Accounts

• You are responsible for your account and keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You may not share or sell access to your account unless we explicitly allow it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you may not:

• Upload or process content you do not have the rights to use.
• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service in a way that harms users or infrastructure.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of videos and other content you upload.
• You grant us permission to process your content solely to provide the service (editing, captions, export).
• You confirm you have the rights to upload and process the content you submit.

AI Outputs & Your Responsibility

The Service may generate captions, cuts, or other suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing. We don’t guarantee that AI outputs are error-free, complete, or appropriate for every use case.

Subscriptions & Trials

• Some features require a paid subscription or an active trial.
• Trial availability and duration may change. Trial access ends when the trial expires.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider (PayPal). Billing and cancellations follow their flow.
• If you cancel, you typically retain access until the end of your billing period (subject to your payment provider’s rules).

Prohibited Use

• Do not use the service for illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not upload malware or attempt unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

We own the Service (including software, design, and branding). These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks except as needed to use the Service normally.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, risk to other users, or a violation of these Terms.

Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee that exports, captions, or AI suggestions will meet every requirement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where we operate, unless local law requires otherwise.
